------ The PbN™ Affiliate program features:
* $5.00 to sign up--NO monthly quota or monthly fees.
* 25% commissions on sales generated through their Affiliate link, 25% discount on personal orders, 5% commission on your one-tier downline. All commissions are calculated before shipping fees and any applicable taxes.
* Commissions are paid monthly on/around the 15th for the previous month`s sales. The minimum commission total for payout is $10.00. Commissions earned that are less than $10.00 will be paid when total commission reaches a minimum of $10.00.
* Commissions are paid ONLY via Paypal transfer so you must have a current Paypal account to be paid.
* Affiliates are Independent Distributors and are not employees of Purely By Nature™ They agree to be responsible for their own taxes, business licenses, insurance, etc. Affiliates with commissions totaling more than $600 in a calendar year will be issued a 1099 tax form.
* A Tax ID number is required to join.
* No affiliate may sell any of our products for less than what is shown on our website without prior written authorization and no Purely By Nature™ products may be relabeled and sold under another name.
* No Purely by Nature products may be sold on Ebay, as we have an exclusive Ebay seller in place.
* All orders must go through an Affiliate link in order to earn commissions. Affiliates will be assigned a log-in Username and password for the wholesale section of the website where personal orders (or orders collected through sales other than internet-- such as home or catalog parties) may be placed. Orders placed through the wholesale section will not appear on the affiliate tracking page and commission is not earned on orders placed in the wholesale section.
* We only accept family-friendly websites in our affiliate program and reserve the right to refuse or terminate affiliate accounts if at any time we find the website to be deemed inappropriate. You will also forfeit all commissions earned.
* These terms are subject to change at any time and each affiliate will be notified at least 15 days prior to changes taking effect.
* Affiliates have the right to leave Purely by Nature™ at any time. However, should they not give 30 days notice, they forfeit any and all unpaid commission. In addition, if they give 30 days notice but are owed commission less than the payout amount of $10.00, they forfeit that commission as well.
After you submit your application, you will be automatically emailed a User Name and password. Please save this information. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will be sent a Paypal invoice so that you may pay the $5 sign up fee.
If your application is not approved for any reason or that the sign-up fee of $5.00 is not paid within 7 days of the date of signing up, your account will be deleted.
