Company Policies
Payments We accept payment processed only thru Paypal--we do not process credit cards ourselves. We do not auto-charge credit cards.
We do not accept personal checks or money orders and we do not ship COD. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal. You may shop using your major credit card or debit card. We never see your private credit card information and your purchases are backed with Paypal buyer protection.
Returns 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any of our items.
If your order is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. Please keep all packaging so that we may file a claim with the carrier. We will send you out replacement products at no charge to you and shipped via PbN™'s standard method of shipping.
The extent of our responsibility is to fill your order as it is entered on the order form. If we have made an error and shipped you an incorrect product, color or size, we will happily ship you the correct replacement and you may keep both items.
We encourage you to purchase our affordable samples to determine if the Purely By Nature™ products meet your unique needs and expectations, as our products are non returnable. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like to change your order to a different product or larger size, please notify us ASAP so that we may upgrade your order if it has not shipped. If an order is canceled after it has been processed but not yet shipped, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days unless an item is out-of-stock (see Backorders below). We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. We ship via USPS, always with tracking numbers & insurance.

Lip Products are made to order and may take a few days longer to ship.
We do our best to ship orders in a timely manner. If you have a larger order, it may take longer to process.
You will receive an email when your order has shipped, along with the tracking number. If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days from date of shipment (not date of order), please track your shipment at www.usps.com
International Orders Additional shipping charges may apply when shipping outside the continental US. You will be billed separately for any additional shipping charges (Canada and International orders). Payment must be received before your order can be shipped. Due to the expense, for international orders we do not purchase delivery confirmation unless the customer specifically requests and pays for it. However we do, at our expense, purchase a certificate of mailing for all international orders which serves as confirmation of mailing. Upon request, we would be happy to email the customer a copy of the certificate of mailing.
We only ship to countries which have reliable postal services such as Australia, Japan, the European Union, etc. If we feel shipping to your country would be too unreliable, we will let you know.
Backorders You will receive a notification email in regards to any back-ordered item(s) and an approximate ship-date for the back-ordered items. Once they have shipped, you will receive email notification with tracking number(s).
